While we love your little ones, all wedding weekend events are adults-only. We hope you’ll take the opportunity to enjoy a fun weekend away, and we truly appreciate your understanding as we celebrate together!

For the welcome party on Friday evening, we kindly request cocktail attire. Gentlemen, please plan to wear a jacket. For the wedding on Saturday evening, the attire is black tie.

Yes! Transportation will be provided on Saturday for our out-of-town guests staying at the Grand Hyatt, where our room block is located. Shuttles will depart the Grand Hyatt for the ceremony promptly at 3:50 PM and 4:30 PM. We kindly ask that you arrive on time and take the earliest shuttle available to help ensure everyone arrives comfortably before the ceremony. The final shuttle will depart at 4:30 PM and cannot wait for late arrivals. If you miss the final shuttle, you will need to arrange an Uber or other transportation to the church. Following the ceremony, shuttles will transport our out-of-town guests from the church directly to the reception.

Yes! Complimentary transportation will be provided for out-of-town guests staying at the Grand Hyatt, where our room block is located. To the Welcome Party: Shuttles will depart from the Grand Hyatt promptly at 8:00 PM. Shuttles cannot wait for late arrivals, so please plan to be in the lobby and ready to depart in advance. Guests who miss the 8:00 PM shuttle, as well as guests staying at other hotels or accommodations, should plan to arrange their own transportation to the Welcome Party via Uber, Lyft, or another transportation service. Return to the Grand Hyatt: Return shuttles for out-of-town guests staying at the Grand Hyatt will be provided at the end of the event. Guests staying at any other hotels or accommodations should use Uber, Lyft, or other rideshare options.
